Benefit Benchmarking Tool Can Help!

With the rising costs of healthcare and the inherent challenges with pricing and plan designs, it is essential to regularly review specific benchmarking data comparing your unique benefit plans to others in your geographical area, industry and to companies of similar size. DLIB has developed a Benchmarking Benefits Tool to assist you in determining if your benefits package is competitive and help you attract and retain the right employees.

The makeup of the Canadian workforce has been evolving, with up to four generations under a single employer's roof, all with drastically dissimilar wants and needs which they expect to be reflected in optimal and competitive benefits offerings. In general, younger individuals seek more flexibility in both working conditions and benefits, while older individuals are more interested in financial security. Benchmarking can help in understanding if the program being offered is competitive with the marketplace and aligned with your business objectives.

Benefits benchmarking will allow your company to:

• Understand the value of the current benefits costs;

• Perform a competitiveness review based on current costs to determine the benefits position versus industry, region, or employee class; and

• Target key areas for cost control measures or additional investment.

Let DLIB's Benefits Benchmarking Tool bring a great level of understanding to your Benefit Costs.

Click Here for more information
